Import a subscription and connect
Set up your account and plan first, then add your subscription to the client. Follow the steps below and test the connection by visiting a site you use.
Create an account and save your login details
Select “Start Free” below to open the VPNVisit user panel. Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your details. If you’re told the username is unavailable or your entry doesn’t meet the requirements, update the relevant information and try again. Don’t repeatedly submit the same details.
Choose a username you’ll recognize, and use a password that’s different from those you use on other sites. A password manager can securely store your full login details, so you don’t have to rely on what your browser autofills. After creating your account, check that the panel opens and that you can view the account overview. If you’re still on an authentication page, check the on-screen message and your sign-in status before moving on.
Your account, plan, and client each serve a different purpose: the account lets you sign in to the panel, the plan sets your data allowance and billing terms, and the client reads your subscription and connects. Creating an account does not connect you or activate a plan. Next, confirm your order, get your subscription, and import it into the client. Checking these steps in order makes it easier to identify any issues.
On a shared device, don’t save your password or leave your browser signed in. You can save your login details on your own device if you prefer, but don’t share your password with someone else to configure your account. Keep the panel open when you’re done, then check your usage and plan type.
Choose a plan and check your order status
Open the plans section in the panel. Check the billing method first, then compare data allowances. VPNVisit monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. Everyday browsing and extended video streaming use different amounts of data, so choose based on how you plan to use the service.
If your usage varies, compare the data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data lasts until it’s used and never expires. The main difference between a data package and a monthly plan is how data is consumed, not how you use the client. Don’t choose based on price alone; consider whether you prefer a monthly plan or data that’s used as needed.
Open the plan you want and check the plan name, price, and billing method in the order details. Then pay using one of the available options: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Check the order details during payment, then return to the panel to confirm the result. A closed payment page doesn’t necessarily mean your plan is active.
If the order status hasn’t changed yet, check your order history and plan status before taking further action. Don’t place the same order again while the result is unclear. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through, the price difference is applied as remaining days; refer to the amount shown in the panel. The service comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.
All plans support unlimited devices, but keep your data allowance in mind when using multiple devices. Check that your plan is active in the panel before getting your subscription. This helps avoid mistaking an inactive plan for a client import issue. To compare the terms side by side, see plan pricing and data allowances.
Get your subscription from the panel
Return to the account overview in the user panel. Check your plan status and remaining data, then look for the subscription option. You need to be signed in to get your subscription. The link lets your client retrieve server settings; it’s not the marketing homepage or the panel sign-in page. Copying the page address from your browser usually won’t import your subscription.
If the panel offers an import option for your client, make sure the app is installed first, then choose the matching option. If your system asks whether to open an app, check the client’s name before proceeding. If automatic redirection isn’t supported, copy the subscription link and add it manually in the client. You don’t need to find an external conversion tool.
Paste the copied link directly into the client’s subscription URL field. Don’t add text before or after it, edit its parameters, or remove anything from the end. The example below is a placeholder to show the format: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. It won’t connect; get your actual link from your own account panel.
Treat your subscription link like an account credential. Don’t post it in public forums, shared documents, or unfamiliar websites, and hide the full link in support screenshots. If you think it may have been exposed, check the panel for a reset or update option, then import the new link on your devices. If you’re unsure what to do, explain the situation in a support ticket through the panel.
Once you’ve copied the link, install the client for your platform. When setting up another device, get the subscription from your own account rather than using someone else’s shared configuration. After the client reads your subscription, update the server list and choose a server. Saving the link alone doesn’t enable a connection.
Import into a client for your platform
Open the downloads section in the panel and choose the VPNVisit client for your device’s operating system. Sign in to download the Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux client. The iOS download link is available only if you’ve purchased a plan and it’s active. Downloading the client and getting a working subscription are separate steps; installing the app doesn’t replace checking your plan and subscription status.
This guide uses the VPNVisit client, which supports subscription imports, so you don’t need to choose another app. If the panel offers multiple import formats, select the one for your current client rather than guessing based on a similar name. Before importing, you can open the client and check that you can access its configuration or subscription settings, then return to the panel to copy the link.
Windows: Add a subscription and update servers
Select the Windows client in the panel and install it using the instructions in the downloads section. On first launch, open the configuration management area and look for an option such as Add Subscription, Remote Configuration, or Import from Link. Paste the subscription URL you copied from the overview. If prompted for a name, choose one that’s easy to recognize; it won’t affect your plan or servers.
Save the subscription, then update or refresh it and wait for the server list to appear. If you see a configuration name but no servers, check that the subscription has been updated before connecting. Once the configuration is selected, open the server list. If another proxy app is running on Windows, pause it before testing this configuration to avoid conflicts with system proxy settings.
macOS: Check the configuration and system permissions
Get the macOS client from the panel, install it using the download instructions, and open it. In the subscription or configuration settings, choose the link import option and paste your subscription URL. Save it and update the server list. After importing, check that the new configuration is selected. If the client has an older configuration saved, adding a subscription may not switch to the new one automatically.
When you connect for the first time, your system may ask for network-related permission. Check that the app named in the prompt is the client you just installed, then follow the system instructions. If the system blocks the app or asks you to verify its source, check the download instructions in the panel. Don’t disable your system’s security settings just to continue. A server appearing in the list doesn’t mean permission has been granted; test access after connecting.
Android: Check background activity after importing
Download the Android client from the panel and install it as prompted. Open the client, go to its configuration or subscription section, choose Add Remote Subscription, paste your link, and update it. If you use the panel’s automatic import option, return to the app and check that a configuration was created and servers were loaded. Simply opening the app doesn’t mean the import succeeded.
When you connect, your system may ask for permission to set up a network connection. Check the app before allowing it. If the connection drops when you switch apps or lock your screen, check your device’s battery and background activity settings for the client, and allow background activity if needed. Menus vary by device, so you don’t need to follow settings paths from another model or change permissions unrelated to the app.
iOS: Get the app through the panel
On iOS, use the link provided in the user panel to get the client from the App Store. The download link is available only while your plan is active. If the panel asks you to check your plan, return to the account overview and confirm your order and plan status instead of choosing a similarly named app from search results. This guide doesn’t provide installation files or download links that bypass the panel.
After installation, open the client, then return to the panel and choose the matching import option. If automatic redirection doesn’t work, paste the link manually in the client’s subscription or configuration section. Save and update it, then select the configuration and exit server. When connecting for the first time, follow the system prompt to add a VPN configuration. Once the connection indicator appears, open your target site and check that it works.
Connect to a server and test access
Once the import is complete, choose an exit region based on the service you want to use, then connect in the client. To see the available regions, refer to servers and routes. The panel and subscription list show which servers are currently available. For your first connection, keep the default settings and avoid changing the exit region, proxy mode, and protocol all at once. That way, if something goes wrong, it’s easier to identify the cause.
After connecting, check the selected server and connection status in the client, then open the site you want to use. Refresh the page and check that its content, sign-in option, or required feature loads correctly. A VPN indicator in your system or a connected status in the client only confirms the connection state. It doesn’t guarantee that every app is using the route as expected or that the target service has accepted your account.
If regular websites load but an AI tool or streaming service still isn’t available, check that service’s account and regional requirements first. A network connection doesn’t replace the target platform’s access eligibility, account verification, or subscription terms. To change exit servers, disconnect first, select a new server, and reconnect. Then refresh the target page, changing only one condition at a time.
If nothing loads, disconnect the client and check that your local network works on its own. Then return to the account overview to check your plan status and data allowance. Confirm that the subscription updates, the right configuration is selected, and system permissions are granted. If other network proxy apps are running on your device, pause them and try again. Checking in this order is more likely to preserve useful clues than repeatedly reinstalling the app.
If only one app is affected, check whether the client is using rule-based routing or another mode, and confirm that the client is handling traffic for that app. Don’t disable all security software or import an unknown configuration to troubleshoot. For help with route and protocol issues, see the technical guide to choosing and troubleshooting a setup. The goal here is to establish a basic connection you can test.
If you still need help, use a support ticket in the panel to share your device’s operating system, the exact error shown in the client, the affected service, and whether your local network works. Hide your username, order details, and full subscription link in screenshots. Don’t include your password. Say whether the issue is updating the subscription, connecting, or accessing a site after connecting. This helps identify which step needs attention.
Once the connection works, keep the current configuration and connect when needed. To set up another device, repeat the steps to get and import your subscription. VPNVisit supports unlimited devices, but check your data usage in the panel regularly. If the server list changes, update the subscription in the client; there’s no need to create another account.
