Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This page explains the refund rules for VPNVisit subscription services. Submit requests through a ticket in the user panel, where the order, payment record, and processing progress can be reviewed together.

Refund Window and Scope

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to provide proof of connection failure or complete troubleshooting first. If you wish to stop using the service, submit a refund ticket within the window.

The window is measured from the account's first successful payment and verified against the ticket submission record. List the relevant orders in your ticket for monthly subscriptions, data packages, and payments related to mid-term upgrades. Renewals or upgrades do not reset the date of the first payment. Requests made after this window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund described on this page.

Eligibility and Order Verification

You may request a refund within the window if you no longer need the service, your circumstances have changed, or the connection experience did not meet your expectations. Installing a client, importing a subscription, or having used data does not by itself constitute grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund.

This policy does not impose a separate used-data threshold or data-based fee. If there is unusual usage beyond the plan's benefits, a dispute over order ownership, or account activity covered by the Terms of Service, the relevant records may need to be reviewed. An unusual-activity review does not automatically cancel refund eligibility. If it affects processing, the ticket should specify the facts and supporting basis rather than relying on a general statement that the service was “used.”

Orders that were not successfully paid, were canceled, or have already been refunded are not refunded again. If the payment status is unclear, you may first request a payment reconciliation. Do not make another payment just to confirm the status.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket page. Include “Refund request” in the subject. In the message, provide your username, the order number to be reviewed, the payment method, and the payment record. You may explain why you are requesting a refund, but a reason is not required for a no-questions-asked refund within the window.

Payment screenshots should show only the details needed to match the transaction; you may redact other personal information. Do not submit account passwords, payment passwords, private keys, or complete subscription links. No email address is required to create an account, and refund communications should remain in the account ticket.

After submitting the request, add information and check replies in the original ticket instead of repeatedly opening new requests. Once the order is matched, the response should identify the payment record and service benefits associated with the refund. After a refund is completed, the refunded order no longer retains usable benefits.

Refund Method and Status

Payments made through Alipay or WeChat are generally returned through the original payment transaction. Receiving a refund request, processing it through the payment channel, and the funds reaching your account are separate steps. A ticket marked as accepted does not mean the funds have reached the payment account.

Arrival depends on the payment channel and transaction status; this page does not promise a fixed processing time. After receiving a refund update, also check the transaction details in the original payment channel. If you still cannot find the funds, provide the order number and refund record in the original ticket for further review, and avoid submitting another refund request.

If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason should first be explained in the ticket, followed by a review of the available return method and recipient. Do not share payment details with an unverified account or make another payment in response to an unfamiliar message.

Alternative Payments and Disputes

USDT refunds follow a different process from Alipay and WeChat and cannot use the original-transaction refund method offered by payment platforms. When requesting a refund, use a ticket to verify the original payment record, transaction network, and receiving address. Do not transfer funds until the network and address have been confirmed.

For USDT refunds, the exact return amount, currency, and any network fees should be clearly explained before processing. This page does not set an exchange rate or change the full refund commitment through undisclosed fees.

If an order is already under payment dispute or another refund is being processed, explain this in the ticket so the funds can be checked and duplicate refunds avoided. If you have questions about the outcome, request a review in the original ticket and keep your order and payment records. See the Terms of Service for other account rules and the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
