110+ countries / 150+ routes: Choose an exit region based on the website you want to access, then check the specific routes in the panel. Coverage does not guarantee that every region works with every service.
Supported client platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Download a client after signing in on all platforms except iOS. For iOS, an active plan is required for the Shadowrocket configuration link. Sign in to access your subscription.
Military-grade encryption: A security assurance for your network connection. Keep your account password and subscription link safe, and check the website and sign-in page when using public networks.
For AI tools and streaming: Choose international routes for your use case. Accounts, regional content, and payment eligibility are determined by the target service; third-party memberships and availability are not included or guaranteed.

Open the user panel from a plan card and sign in to confirm the selected plan name, price, and data allowance. Make sure you distinguish monthly plans from data bundles; don't compare by data size alone. If you already have a plan, check its status before making changes.

Pay using the checkout instructions

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT on the checkout page and follow the instructions for your current order. For USDT, verify the transfer details shown on the page. Do not infer the network, recipient details, or arrival time from this page.

Return to the panel to confirm

After payment, return to the orders page and check the order status and plan details. If anything differs from what you expected, keep your payment receipt and explain the issue in a ticket. Avoid placing another order, which could make it harder to review.

Once the order status is confirmed, go to the client download and subscription pages. Downloading a client and getting a subscription are separate steps; installing a client alone does not configure a route. Follow the guide to check your sign-in, subscription, and connection status.

What to include in a refund request

Sign in to the user panel, find the order in question, and submit your refund request through a ticket with enough order details to identify it. If payment status is unclear, you can include the relevant part of your payment receipt. Do not share personal information unrelated to the request.

Where to check your request

Check replies and progress in the same ticket rather than splitting the issue across multiple tickets. Refund handling follows the refund policy and Terms of Service. This page does not promise a fixed processing time or imply that payment providers process refunds instantly.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

No device limit. Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. An unlimited device count does not mean unlimited data; usage is still subject to your plan's data allowance.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

60-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and refund request. Review the refund policy before applying, and check your ticket for updates. Do not include your account password or subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After choosing a plan, confirm the order amount and plan name in the user panel, then follow the checkout instructions. The order status in the panel confirms whether payment was completed.

When does monthly data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan and order details in the user panel; an upgrade does not start a new full billing cycle.

Should I choose a data bundle or a monthly plan?

Data bundles last until used and never expire; monthly plans reset data each month on the activation date. If you use the service regularly and your usage is predictable, compare monthly plans. If you use it less often and want to keep unused data, compare data bundles. Confirm the rules for combining or switching billing types through a panel ticket before placing an order.
